Alongside our core magnetics business, Moritek also takes on PCB and electronics manufacturing work — from layout design and board fabrication through SMT and finished assembly, helping customers turn an idea into a manufacturable board.

This page covers Moritek's supporting services. Our core product lines are LAN Transformer and Power Inductor — two families of wire-wound magnetic components. These manufacturing services exist mainly to support the wider needs of existing customers; we do not claim the scale or specialisation of a dedicated EMS provider, and the value we offer is flexibility. If you need high-volume contract manufacturing to demanding specifications, please talk to us first so we can assess whether we are the right fit.

PCB layout design

Multi-layer routing and EMI / EMC optimisation, planning signal and power layout around the product. You supply the schematic or the functional requirement; we turn it into a manufacturable layout.

Single- to multi-layer production, including rapid prototypes during development. The same layout can be built in small quantities for verification first, then moved to volume without re-tooling.
